Deposit and Cancellation Information
REGULAR REQUIREMENTS
Deposit Requirements:
The greater of Two night's lodging or 20% of total lodging cost at time of booking
Final Payment:
Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival
Full payment due on all reservations made less that 90 days prior to arrival
Credit card required for imprint at check-in for telephone & damage deposit
Cancellation Policy:
1: Cancellations 90 days prior to arrival will be charged a $200.00 handling fee
2: Cancellations 89-61 days prior to arrival will forfeit full deposit
3: Cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit full payment.
Note: 13.1% Sales and lodging tax not included in prices.
Note: Less than seven (7) night stay, add $150.00
Note: Bookings less than five (5) nights will only be accepted 45 days or less prior to arrival (last minute bookings only)
NO SNOW POLICY
If Alta or Snowbird ski areas have less than 50% of their ski runs open, due to lack of snow, the entire deposit and final payments will be refunded less a handling fee of $50.00
